Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before the service begins.

The artist will provide services only for the agreed duration as per your booking.
Once the booking time expires, the artist will pack up and leave, even if not all guests have been seen.
Requests to extend time must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Please provide a clean, sheltered, and well-lit area for the artist to work.
No chair is needed — we bring all required materials and setup.
Please ensure easy access to the setup area and enough space for children to queue or wait safely.

We use professional, hypoallergenic, skin-safe face paints specifically designed for children.
However, we cannot accept liability for any allergic reactions that may occur.
If your child has sensitive skin or known allergies, please inform us in advance. We are happy to do a patch testbefore painting.
We do not paint children under 2 years old or anyone with open wounds, contagious skin conditions, or visible illness.
The artist reserves the right to refuse to paint anyone if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.entertained.

Balloons are a choking hazard and not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Popped or broken balloons should be immediately collected and disposed of by a supervising adult.

A responsible adult must be present at all times during the event.
The client is responsible for supervising children and ensuring respectful behaviour.
The artist is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring outside the service area.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a refund of any remaining balance paid (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations within 7 days may result in full or partial charges.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be provided, and we will do our best to help you find a replacement artist.

We will only take photographs with your prior consent.
With your permission, we may use photos of our work (not faces unless agreed) for promotional use on our website or social media.

We are fully insured and committed to providing a fun, safe experience.
We do not accept responsibility for any injury, allergic reaction, loss, or damage unless directly caused by our proven negligence.

The artist reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking and leave the event if subjected to verbal or physical abuse from children or adults.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and any unpaid balance will still be due.
We expect a safe, respectful environment so everyone can enjoy the experience.
